Clarendon Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom Available September 1
One large bedroom in our gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2full/2half bathroom Clarendon townhouse is opening up for September 1 lease
The house:
We are in the heart of Clarendon (10 minute walk to the Clarendon metro and Trader Joe's), and right next to a ton of grocery stores. Our landlord takes meticulous care of the home, so it is truly a beautiful place to live. Hardwood floors, great back patio, lots of living space across three floors (both a massive living room and a dining room), large basement for storage/laundry, dishwasher, etc.
The Room:
Huge, 17x12 unfurnished master bedroom with its own bathroom and 2 large closets with Elfa shelving.
Rent is $1200 with $1200 security deposit
Your roommates:
We are 3 Christian women, late 20s and early 30s, who are active in our church communities and committed to living lives that glorify the Lord. We like laughter, evening chats about our most recent Hinge dates, and doing outdoorsy things. We're young professionals and really clean; we like to keep our space tidy so we can have people over at a moment's notice. We're also kind of... grandmas during the weekdays and start winding down ~9:30, so the house is pretty quiet in the evenings.
You:
Our ideal roomie is a 20's to early 30s professional who is committed to her faith in Jesus Christ, friendly, and respectful (lets us know when family will be visiting, really neat in common areas, clean, considerate, pays bills on time, etc). We really love each other, and are looking for a roommate who wants to be part of the fun.
Additional costs:
We split utilities, which include internet, electric and a quarterly water/trash/sewage bill. Our utilities average $100-$150/month. We also will have a one time fee for a cleaner to come do a deep clean when the lease switches over; I'm guessing this will be $50-$100.
