Furnished Room available from July to November in a spacious but cozy 3 bed, 2 bath apartment
Short-term sublet in a 3rd floor apartment with bedroom (shared bath with one other person) available August to November for $900/month. The bedroom is spacious and furnished with a TV, couch, bed, desk, and bookshelf. Monthly utilities include internet ($19) and electricity ($20-40). The apartment is in a quiet but urban neighborhood located near multiple grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods) and within walking distance to both the Courthouse and Rosslyn metro stops.
You would share the apartment with two other roommates. Abbey and Kate are both in their late twenties and consider themselves extroverted introverts - you’ll often find Kate settled in the living room working from home or watching a new show, while Abbey is a bit more introverted but keeps her door open and is always happy to chat. Cleanliness and open communication are important to us, and while we value our little apartment fellowship, we also have communities outside of our living space, including at Capital Life Church.
