About us:

We're a group of mature 20's-early 30's professionals. We aim for a good balance of hanging out, hosting friends, and relaxing on our own. We all serve in our church, love cooking, spending time in our outdoor space, music, laughter, etc! There is a bonus canine roommate, an adorable, 2 year old, well behaved hound mix. Looking for a roommate who loves the Lord and will fit in as a friend! 

About the room and house: 

4 bed 3 bath house, looking for one more girl to join us! It would be an upstairs 10’x12’ room with shared bath (and own linen closet!), $900 + utils. Featuring a huge yard with a gorgeous patio, recently remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, new appliances, tons of shared space, two fireplaces, tons of storage, laundry in the basement, plus a chest freezer and a wine fridge (!!!), and the living room is even wired up for surround sound. Parking available in the driveway and car port. Easily commute anywhere in the area, from DC to Clarendon to Tysons.
