NE DC Room for Rent ($1200 includes utilities and free parking), Looking for CM
Hello!
I have a room available in my house from August 1 until Christmas 2022 and I'm looking for another guy to join me and my pup. Rent is $1200 (this includes utilities) and I can offer free parking. Washer and dryer included. Please reach out and I can send you additional pictures.
You'd have your own room in a 3 story house in River Terrace (NE DC). It's a 10-minute drive to the Capitol building, a 5-minute drive to Aldi/Safeway, right next to the Anacostia River Trail, and right next to 295.
It's just me and my dog Rosie. This is an awesome, quiet, and safe neighborhood with easy access to all the fun downtown DC vibes.
