Seeking roommate for a 2bd 2br apt in North Bethesda mid-end of August

Hi! My roommate is moving for grad school. Looking to fill her room in a 2bd 2br apartment in North Bethesda mid-end of August, but need to re-sign the lease at the end of July. $1,242/month plus utilities per person. Gym, secure garage parking, and outdoor pool included. The living area is also fully furnished. There is a metro stop right up the hill. Unfortunately no pets. 

A little bit about me: I’m in my 20’s and enjoy happy hours, playing tennis, going to the beach, volunteering, and exploring new places. I am easy going, clean, and respectful.
