EAST FALLS CHURCH/ARLINGTON, VA ROOM FOR CM - $675 PER MONTH PLUS UTILITIES
We have one room open for a Christian Male as of July 10, 2022. We are looking for a 4th roommate who prioritizes his relationship with Jesus and wants to live in a house with other men who do the same. Currently, the house is filled with young professionals in their 20s and 30s. Our lease will last until September 30, 2022. We will have guidance later this summer whether we plan to renew beyond September 2022. The house has been a rental house for more than a decade.
The rent for the upstairs room is
$675/month (plus utilities which average around $100/month). You will share a
bathroom with one other housemate. The room is approximately 9.5 feet by 12.4
feet plus a small closet with common space available for storage.
The house is located in western Arlington about a 6-8 minute walk from the East
Falls Church metro station on the Orange and Silver Line. We are within easy
walking distance of Westover (Lost Dog Cafe, etc.) and close also to Seven
Corners (Chick-fil-A, Eden Center, Planet Fitness, Target, Home Depot, lots of
restaurants and grocery stores) and Falls Church.
