July\August Furnished Sublet or Housesitting

Hi, Everyone!!

I'm looking for a furnished, short-term sublet in DC (preferred) but will consider close by areas in MD so far its bus/metro accessible (I don't drive) and close to a grocery store. (I'm really hoping to find that, my budget is around 1100, and I prefer to live by myself if possible. I'm also open to house sitting opportunities if they arise. My current housing ends early-mid July.
