CF - Create/join group house in Northwest DC or Arlington/Alexandria

Hi there! I am throwing around the idea of creating or joining an apartment or house with several other CFs in either Northwest DC (Ideally Logan Circle or Dupont, but open to ideas!) OR Arlington/Alexandria. Would really like to find good personality fits first and see what comes about. I'd like to keep my budget at or below 1000. If you're interested, let's chat!
