Seeking 1-2 CF roommates for housing search near Cap Hill

Hi! My roommate and I are hoping to find 1-2 others who are interested in looking for housing around Capitol Hill-Stanton Park. Our lease is up at the end of June, so we're hoping to move then. 

About us: we're both in our mid-20s and have been in the city for a few years. Would love to find a roommate (or 2) who likes to host the occasional party or dinner gathering, is willing to pitch in to keep the house clean, and is respectful of other's stuff/space!
