Home and backyard was fully renovated 3 years ago, is partially furnished and does not accept pets.  Located on a quiet street with ample parking, two blocks from Trader Joe's and five blocks from Founder's Park. Quick trip into the city and Dulles Airport. Rent is $1500/mo plus shared utilities; security deposit one month's rent.  One year lease beginning in July.
