Hello! I’m getting married in September and looking for someone to take over my place in a two-bedroom apartment in Ballston.
Total cost is $1,175/mo. This includes all utilities, WiFi, and one parking space. Total would be $1,137.50 if you don’t need a parking space. Security deposit of $1,300.
