My roommate and I are looking for a third female roommate to fill the master bedroom in our spacious Petworth row house starting around July 1st. The house gets lots of sunlight and has a finished basement with ample storage space, a renovated kitchen, a backyard, and front and back porch.

About Us:
We’re two mid-twenties professionals. We’re a pretty chill/quiet house, but enjoy the occasional roommate dinner, movie night, or Saturday hike. We’re generally early risers, like to keep the house clean, and are both involved in local churches. There’s usually at least one of us baking or cooking something tasty to share. One of us will be working from home for the foreseeable future. No cats allowed due to allergies.
