We are looking for two Christian, clean, and respectful female roommates to share our 4 bedroom 2 bath row home in the heart of Capitol Hill. The available rooms are each $952.88, which does not include utilities (i.e., water, electric, gas, and internet). The home is located a few blocks from restaurants on Barracks Row and the fantastic ambiance of Eastern Market, near several grocery stores and is within walking distance to two metro stations and several parks. With easy access to 295 and the Anacostia trail, the location truly can't be beat!
About the Rooms/Home: A property manager oversees the house and supplies a cleaner every other week! The main floor has an open layout with a beautiful updated kitchen. The house has a lovely garden, large living room, two porches, laundry room, and peaceful atmosphere. Space is available for each room to have an unzoned parking spot behind the house (included in cost of rent) The charming rooms are both about 9 ft x 13 ft with large windows and ceiling fans. About Us: Your potential housemates are a lawyer (works from home) and a teacher in late 20's and 30's, respectively. Both are actively involved in church activities and invested in a variety of activities outside the home. We're very low-key and friendly. We like to keep the common spaces clean, and enjoy outdoor fire pit hangs or movie nights occasionally.
