The house is less than a quarter mile from the Metro, a 15 minute drive from Capitol Hill, and a block away from a free public gym and free public outdoor swimming pool. It's a half mile away from another free indoor pool. Plentiful street parking, which is free and doesn't even require a permit. A true unknown gem of a neighborhood in DC.
I'm a singe Christian male in my early 40's, fairly clean but easygoing. Previous roommates met this profile as well but I'm open to anyone of any gender or creed just so long as we can be respectful of each other.
