CM - Alexandria Townhouse $1110 Master Bedroom w/ Private Bath Available (ASAP)

My housemate and I are both christian males, looking for a third housemate. We both love the lord and serve as youth leaders as part of our church. We're into traveling, financial independence, sports and so much more.
The house: Will live in a spacious 3 Bed/3.5 bath townhouse in Alexandria, VA. The community is very close (walking distance) to a metro station and has a pool and clubhouse.
The room: Master bedroom with private bathroom. All utilities included for $1110 (price is negotiable). Feel free to reach out to me if you are interested!
Lease: Looking for 12 month lease, with 1 months rent deposit payable to the landlord. Start of Lease would be in July 1st, 2022.
