CF seeking CF roommate in NOVA

Hi, I’m looking for a CF roommate in their mid-late 30’s who would want to look for a townhouse or house with a yard together. I have a pup who’s 2 years old and a little reactive, so couldn’t have any other pets in the home. She’s as sweet as can be with all people. I’m on no timeline so would be happy to work around yours!
