$1300 1 bedroom plus den apartment near Wiehle metro/Reston
My wife and I are renting out a one bedroom plus den/office apartment that is above the garage in our house. It has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and is separate from the main house. Exterior stairs lead up to a deck and the apartment entrance.
The house is in Reston and is about a mile and a half walk to the Wiehle metro station. The house is on wooded lot and backs up to Lake Fairfax park that has hiking trails and athletic fields.
We have two friendly dogs that play in the fence in back yard behind our house. The entrance to the apartment is outside the yard so you can choose if you want to interact with them.
