2 CFs seeking housing near Capital Hill

Hey! My best friend and I are recent graduates moving from Michigan to DC in early June! We are very excited to live in DC and explore the city. We are specifically looking for a townhouse or apartment close to the Capitol Hill neighborhood. We would love to have two single rooms in the same house, but would also be willing to share if there is an office or other common space where we could work from home a few days a week.
