Room available for CF in Capitol Hill $1,050
Hi there! We have a room opening in our spacious, 3-story, 5-person house in Capitol Hill June 1. The house is centrally located about 10 minutes walking from Capitol South metro (blue, orange, silver line) and about 15 minutes from Union Station (red line), less than a 5 minute walk to the Capitol, and walkable to a ton of restaurants, cafes, bars, the mall, and Eastern Market (including Trader Joes!). We also have both a front yard and a backyard which is definitely a luxury for the area. The rest of the roommates are in our 20s and work for various non-profits, with a mix of us working remotely and in-person right now. We love hanging out in our common spaces and though we have our own schedules, we do like to hang out in our common spaces and we have homemade pizza night and a movie every week!
We are looking for another woman in her 20s who would like to join our lovely home! We are all vaccinated and it's important to us that you are too. Three of us moved to DC in January so we would love to explore the city in the summer with our new roommate.
Rent is $1,050 plus utilities. The room available has some of the best lighting and has its own bathroom with a bathtub! It also has a spacious closet, and a lot of the furniture in the pictures is available for purchase as well if you're interested.
