Looking for Christian male for 2-bedroom apartment in Navy Yard right next to Nats park with a rooftop view of the stadium. Rent is currently $1,227.50 plus utilities and internet that average around $175 per person. Rent is likely to go up this summer but won’t know for sure until some time in April.
