Seeking Christian male for apartment in Falls Church, $680
Our three-bedroom apartment has an opening we're seeking to fill by May 1. The apartment is a part of the Lee Square Apartments complex, centrally located in the City of Falls Church with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. We have access to a pool on the property. Parking lot usage is free of charge for residents.
The apartment is approximately 1,050 square feet with a balcony, living room, kitchen, dining space, one full bathroom, and extra closet space. The washer and dryer are in the building but not in-unit.
We are both involved in local churches and would prefer to live with another Christian. If you are interested in the apartment, please reach out and we can talk about more details. The room is open early April and we'd prefer to fill it by May 1st. The rent for this room is $680 per month.
