Seeking CM housemate for private bedroom in Capitol Hill row house: $1,150/mo and available 6/1

On June 1st, we will have a spacious, private bedroom with a large closet and shared bathroom available for $1,150/month — that doesn’t include utilities, but it includes a private parking spot!
