Seeking Two CFs - NE DC Home Near New Target - Available April 9
A Christian woman in her early 30s is looking for two CFs to share a house next to the R street entrance of the National Arboretum (https://www.usna.usda.gov/) in NE DC.
Per Roommate:
Monthly Rent ($800) + Flat Monthly Utilities ($100)
The home was recently renovated with a modern kitchen. The many windows in the stand-alone house let in natural light. The top floor for rent has two rooms and a walk-in closet connected to a private bath. It is perfect for a working professional who needs extra space for relaxation or to work from home. The second area available includes a sizable bedroom on the main floor attached to another bath plus a charming sitting room.

Looking for roommates who love Jesus and will appreciate a quiet, jewel of a neighborhood. The homeowner (who resides on the lower level) works 3-4 days a week from home. She loves her friendly community next to the Arboretum, values peaceful evenings trying new recipes, and has grand aspirations for gardening.
