Looking for two CFs to share in-law suite- Alexandria, VA- $569 each- June Move-In
The Home: Our house is a big and beautiful townhome located in Del Rey, Alexandria! Our common kitchen and living room have high ceilings and a modern style. We are within walking distance from several grocery stores, many coffee shops, Target, and a 20-minute walk to the Braddock Metro. There are lots of close-by trails for running or walking and it is a five-minute drive to the Alexandria waterfront.
The Space: The in-law suite is full of windows, has a minibar, a microwave, and tons of storage space. It is on top of the garage just across the patio from the main home. We are seeing two CFs who want to share this space. It has its own full bathroom. The space is very new-looking and beautiful. June move-in.
The Community: We are a welcoming, Christ-centered home with professionals in their 20's and 30's who go to a variety of churches in the area.
