Spacious room with large windows and lots of natural light available in beautiful Arlington townhouse, located in a desirable neighborhood on hiking/biking paths. Direct walking access to 2 metro stops under 5 and 10 mins, multiple grocery stores, restaurants, retail, gyms, shopping, and local Churches (Catholic and other denominations). Most utilities are included and we even have a pool! Roommates are social young professionals in their mid twenties to early thirties, who love hosting dinner parties and wine nights.
