Assistant Mission Trip Leader Positions Available!
Praying Pelican Missions is hiring Assistant Trip Leaders for our spring and summer seasons! We have teams lined up to serve in Washington, DC and are looking to hire people to help lead these trips. Here are some of the requirements and responsibilities for the ATL position:
ATL Requirements:
Devoted Christian
Bible Believing
Heart for Missions
Must be 18+
Expected to be available to serve a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 10 weeks between spring & summer with preference given to those that can serve 5+ weeks
Attend Borderless Conference in Estes Park, CO - April 29 - May 1st, 2022
Complete online training modules prior to serving on the field
Commitment to the weeks they are scheduled, with clear and advanced communication if an issue arises
ATL Responsibilities:
Assist in lining up ministry opportunities and ministry sites, restaurants, recreation, and transportation
Assist with meal preparation and other items as delegated for the team
Assist in leading debrief meetings, devotions, and worship (if able) during the trip
Get to know and minister to trip participants
Participate in ministry alongside the team while ensuring things run smoothly and helping to navigate backup plans if things change.
