Available room for Christian female in Old Town Alexandria

My housemate and I are looking for another Christian female to take our third available bedroom at our row house in Alexandria, VA, in the historic Old Town area. We are a 15 minute drive from DC, an 8 minute walk from King St, 2 blocks from the metro, and .8 miles from the Potomac. Living room/kitchen/dining room are fully furnished. We would love to get someone in as soon as April1st. Rent is $810-$820/mon (we are having a small rent increase, so we have not yet figured out exact numbers), plus utilities (they usually run between $80 - $100/mon). Please let me know if you or anyone you know is interested, and I can send pics and more details!
