The home is conveniently located just off Kansas Ave, next to the 62/63 bus line (which takes you right to the metro and downtown) with plenty on-street parking. In addition to your room, you’ll share a front porch, back porch, back patio with space to garden, and fully furnished living room, dining room, and bright, spacious kitchen area.
The roommates are three wonderful women in their late-twenties who are fun-loving, kind, generous, and thoughtful. We love having Netflix nights and shared dinners, while still having enough space to spread out outside of our rooms and not feel like we’re on top of each other.
The room is on the top floor with wood floors, two closets, high, vaulted ceilings and 5 windows that let tons of light in. There’s plenty space for a bed and a desk, for working from home. Truly a steal for the space you get - I would not be leaving this room, nor these roommates, if I wasn’t leaving the city.
Monthly rent is $903 plus utilities (gas, water, electric, internet). Room is available April 1, with the lease going through July 31, 2022 with the option to renew.
The bed, dresser, and shelves currently in the room can be negotiated, if you would like any of them to stay.
