CF needed for housing near Georgetown

Hello! I am looking for one Christian female to join my quest to find affordable housing near Georgetown. My budget is $1200 - $1400 each person and I am looking to move-in immediately or in the next month if possible. I like a clean house, like to have friends over but do value my alone time. I am interested in getting a dog in the next few months so I would like to find a dog friendly place if possible. If you think we would be a good fit, please reach out.
