Hi! I'm a Christian female looking to move closer to Capitol Hill/Navy Yard once my current lease is up near the end of April. I'm open to renting/subletting a one-bedroom apartment or sharing a house with other women. 

I'm very neat and quiet. I enjoy my personal space but also love building relationships. I enjoy cozy evenings at home cooking, watching movies, talking, etc., and love spending time outside. 

Max budget is around ~$1400 a month. Feel free tor each out for more information- thanks!

Would you guys be open to living in a house in Arlington/Alexandria that's only a 20 minute commute to Cap Hill? I have rooms available in a 4BD/2BA house and am looking for Christian female roommates

My job is about 30 minutes north of Capitol Hill so Arlington would be too far out. I'm sorry!
