Room for Rent for CM in Arlington near Ballston - $690 plus utilities per month
Available April 1, we have a room available for a Christian male in Arlington about 1 mile north of Ballston off of Glebe road.
Single family house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and is located in a great location near metro, DC, Rt 66 and bus line.
We are two single men in our early thirties involved in local churches. We keep a clean house. Available bedroom is the master bedroom with two closets and plenty of space for an at home office.
Option for your own bathroom if preferred.
Shared amenities include workout space and ping pong table in basement and backyard patio and gas grill.
