Seeking single family house for rent in DC, NoVa

My spouse and I are looking for a house with yard to rent in DC or NoVa in the $2,000-$3,500/month price range (2 bedroom minimum). We've spent 7 years of marriage in a 1-bedroom apartment and are ready for some more space and a yard to expand my vegetable garden and finally adopt a dog! We currently live in NE DC but are open to other metro accessible neighborhoods. Would love to find a house that's a good fit with a Christian landlord.
