Seeking CF roommate- 3 BR/3 B (Capitol Hill) $1,250/mo + utilities starting Feb 2022

Myself and another CF are seeking a third female roomie in our adorable little place on Constitution Ave. Private bed and bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, brand new little spot in a safe area. 

We are both in our mid 20’s, love to cook, enjoy the occasional happy hour, movie nights, weekend adventures and long walks in Capitol Hill☺️

*.5 mile from Supreme Court
*.7 mile from Union Station
