Room Available in Kenilworth Park area of DC - $800/mo
Looking for a roommate (M/F) in the Kenilworth Park area of DC. Other roommates would be two professional, Christian men (one works at a think tank, the other at the State Department).
The room is large, with substantial closet space and lots of natural light. It comes partly furnished.
The house is less than a quarter mile walk from a metro stop, one block away from a free public gym as well as a half mile from a free public pool, and just blocks away from both Kenilworth Park and Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens. Washer/drier as well as dishwasher. Decent sized TV in common area. Yard out back with a fire pit and a grill. Parking is plentiful as well and you don't even need a zone pass.
$800/MO + utilities. Won't find a better deal.
