Room + Private Bath in Spacious Columbia Heights/Park View Loft | Feb. 1 | $1275
Hello! My roommate and I are 2 mid-twenty yo's doing the WFH thing since March 2020. When not working, we enjoy cooking/baking, reading, watering our dramatic plants, getting together with friends (as Covid allows), and exploring local sights and bites. We both attend The District Church in Columbia Heights.
We are looking for a roommate in our spacious, sunny loft in Columbia Heights/Park View, which has become home! Room is available starting 2/1. Rent is $1275 + utilities.
Here are some details about the space:
- It’s a 3 bed/2 bath with tons of natural light, an open layout, and large common spaces
- The room is downstairs with own bathroom (that also is the common downstairs bathroom)
- There is a roof and gym in the building
- 10 min walk from both the Petworth and Columbia Heights metro stations, and multiple bus lines even closer.
- Call Your Mother, Heat Da Spot, Midlands, and Hook Hall are just steps away!
- Street parking available with Zone 1 parking. Garage parking may be an option at an added monthly cost and depending on availability.
