My boyfriend is looking to move as we plan to get married. He's putting up his entire Herndon Apt up for a 7-month lease on Craigslist.

Approx. 1000–1100 sq ft (unfurnished) apartment, well-maintained, with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, third floor with direct outside (breezeway) access. Also includes kitchen with gas stove, washer/dryer in unit, 2 walk-in closets, linen closet, living room, dining area, small balcony, central heating/cooling.
This is a lower rent than normal for a short-term lease for this unit. Rent through August 17, 2022, is $1751/month, plus (nonoptional) $20/month for valet trash and (nonoptional) $49/month for Verizon internet/wifi. Additional Verizon services available for additional cost. Pets allowed for additional fees. Water bill is additional, processed with rent. Electric and gas bills are separate. Standard (not reserved) parking for one vehicle (in small lots around buildings) is free.
