Short-term rental: 1BR/1BA apt available late Dec in Capitol Hill East
We are seeking a responsible and mature tenant for our 1 bed/1bath 700 sq ft basement apartment in the Capitol Hill East neighborhood. The apartment will be available as early as late December through March/April 2022. The apartment is located on a quiet one-way street. There is a spacious light-filled bedroom, separate ground-level entrance, separate washer/dryer, tenant controlled A/C and heat, and updated kitchen with a dishwasher. Recent updates include new flooring, induction cooktop, recessed lighting, and a keyless lock. The apartment is located within easy walking distance to Stadium Armory metro (10 min), Lincoln Park, RFK fields, and a block from the D6 bus stop.
Pets and smoking/recreational drug use are not allowed. The apartment is currently partially furnished and would be perfect for a short-term intern or recent graduate. $1,350/month (plus utilities) and one month's rent security deposit.
