Looking for a CF roommate to share a 2bed/1bath in Adam's Morgan. Located convenient to multiple metro lines and walkable to grocery, restaurants and parks.

I am a 24 yo Christian female looking for a roommate to share a 2bed/1bath in Adam's Morgan.

Located 10min walk from Redline (Woodley Park/Adam's Morgan) and 15min walk from Yellow/Green (Columbia Heights station)

Photo of room includes digital rendering of furniture.

Rent is $1300/month, including utilities. Lease length is flexible, including short term. Available starting January 1.
