We are 4 mid to late 20s women living in a 5 bedroom house on Capitol Hill. The house is 3 blocks from the Capitol and a short walk to multiple metro stations, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. The room is available starting December 7th and is on the third floor with a large bathroom shared with one other roommate. We have a big back yard and front yard as well. Rent is $975/month plus utilities.
