$700/Month Room for CM in 4 BR/2BA Capitol Hill Row House Available
Hi all!
We have a bedroom coming available in the next week or so in our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rowhouse in Capitol Hill. The house is two blocks from Union Station and Ebenezer’s Coffeehouse, two blocks from the Senate staff buildings, and three blocks from a grocery store and the H Street Corridor.
The house is three floors, with basement storage and washer/dryer, living room, dining room, kitchen, fenced-in backyard, and two off-street parking spots that we all share. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate.
The room available is an excellent deal, but small (currently has a lofted twin bed with couch underneath to maximize space, as well as a decent sized closet right outside the room, which I believe the outgoing roommate would be open to selling if you're interested), so would be best for someone without much furniture.
Rent is $700/month plus utilities ($75-150/month on average), plus one month’s rent ($700) security deposit before you move in.
