CF Room Available in H Street Apartment $950/month

My roommate and I are looking to fill a room in our apartment at Senate Square for $950/month. Bathroom would be shared with one other roommate. Our building is located at H Street and 3rd NE. It's directly across the street from a Giant and an easy walk to Union Station and the Capitol. It's amenities include a rooftop pool, gym, and 24/7 concierge. My roommate and I are in our 20s and we both work on the Hill. We are friendly, social, clean, and respectful of each others space/shared spaces.
