You would share common areas of the 4 Bed / 2.5 BA row house: kitchen, dinning room, living room, and in-house washer and dryer.
The building is relatively new construction (about 5 years old) and includes fully updated appliances, open floor plan, and incredible light throughout the unit.
We are within a block of the metro (Blue/Orange/Silver) and multiple bus lines, have easy access to the freeway for drivers, and street parking near the house is always easy.
Utilities average about $30-40 per month and include gas, electric, and cable/internet. Water is included in rent.
One month’s rent required as security deposit.

Roommate 3 (mid 30s, male) – Videography and Creative for a local church. Has been in the DC area for 6 years. Interests include Film, Art, Theater, and spending time with friends.
