Room available on Capitol Hill - $685
We are 3 women in our late 20's and 30's seeking a fourth to join our lovely house. Room is $685 + utilities and internet ($85-100/mth). Available from Nov. 1, with negotiable later move-in date in November. Lease is through June 31st, security deposit due on move-in. Flatmates are 2 teachers and a filmmaker, active and friendly. The house is managed by a property manager that supplies a cleaner! Located a few blocks from restaurants on Barracks Row and the fantastic ambiance of Eastern Market, near several grocery stores, and walking distance to metro. House has a garden with fire-pit, beautiful kitchen with new appliances, living room, two porches, laundry room, extra storage in basement, and peaceful ambiance. Option to leave room furnished with bed and dresser or unfurnished.
