$900 // Seeking 2 CF’s for home in Navy Yard/ the Wharf Area
Hello,
My roommate and I are seeking to apply to a 4bd house in the Wharf/ Navy Yard. The home is within walking distance to three metro stations: Navy Yard, Waterfront, and Lefant. Also walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, Nats Stadium, etc. The rooms are HUGE. Three of them fit Queen beds comfortably and the Master fits a King. Rent is $3,500 for the house and we would divide it up based on room size. Shouldn’t be anything over $900. The lease would start on Nov. 1st!
About us:
We are two CF’s in our early 20’s. I work in politics and Melea works in the medical field. We are chill, easy-going, and fun, but also tidy and respectful. I go to Kings DC and Melea goes to Union City Church.
