Married couple looking for a basement apartment to rent

My husband and I are looking for a basement apartment to rent near Annandale, Fairfax, or the surrounding area. We are in our 30’s, no kids, and our budget is around $1200-1350. We need to move by Oct 1st/ 2nd. I am a teacher and my husband is studying for his Master’s in school counseling.
