Seeking 1 or 2 CFs for house search in northern VA
My current roommate, Jocelyn, and I are looking for one or two other ladies interested in joining us in a housing search this fall. Our landlord is selling our current house in East Falls Church, and we will need to move out by December 1st but can leave as soon as early October (the sooner the better, so we’re making decisions fairly quickly).
Our budget is under $1,000 per month per person, but we would like to keep it around $700-800, if possible. We would love to find a single-family home or townhouse to rent but are also open to apartments and condos. We’re primarily looking at locations near metro stops in Arlington/Falls Church and Alexandria (we attend church in Del Ray and would love to be near the community there).
