The Trinity Forum Now Hiring Director of Development

The Trinity Forum is a non-profit organization that cultivates, curates, and disseminates the
best of Christian thought leadership, and offers a space and resources for leaders to engage
the big questions of life in the context of faith. 

Director of Development position description:
The Trinity Forum seeks a full-time Director of Development to direct and manage all aspects
of the Trinity Forum’s fundraising efforts and outreach strategy. This position will be
responsible for achieving the organization’s development goals. Candidates must have
demonstrated fundraising, strategic, relational, and communications skills, including the ability
to solicit funds, develop major donor relationships, manage direct mail efforts, draft
development communications, and proactively create and enhance opportunities to develop
and deepen donor relationships. The position will report to the President.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant donor or member development experience.
- Applicants should be highly conscientiousness, energetic, attentive to details, a self-starter,
and an independent problem-solver, willing to contribute not only to fundraising, but also to a
team committed to the mission of the Trinity Forum.
- Applicants should demonstrate strategic and innovative thinking as well as an orientation
towards execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital.
- In addition, applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, and display a high level of
professionalism in all of their interaction with Trinity Forum constituents and associates.
- Ideal applicants should have previous experience in donor and organizational management,
and would ideally have experience in developing giving campaigns.
