Room available for rent in Cap Hill row house with 2 CFs starting May 1

Two CFs in their mid-to-late 20's seeking third roommate for 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom row house on Capitol Hill 1 block away from Lincoln Park (15 minute walk to Eastern Market Metro and 20 minute walk to Union Station).  It’s a quiet area with 1 garage space available, if you have a car. The room for rent is $897 per month and shares a bathroom with one other roommate. Wifi is included in rent price and we have an Amazon Firestick and local TV channels. Other utilities are not included and are typically $60-$80 per month.  We enjoy keeping common living areas clean and creating a fun, respectful and relaxing environment in the house. The room is not furnished but double bed + mattress currently in room is for sale (price negotiable). Currently, we share monthly housecleaning for $30/month each. Lease is month-to-month and we are looking for someone to start May 1. One-time security deposit is $850 plus $100 processing fee + $20 application fee assessed by our management company, Yarmouth.
