Room for Rent in Arlington - CM - $675 plus utilities
A 2nd floor bedroom has just become available in a house of Christian guys. The house is nearly new, has large common spaces, front porch, and a large deck and yard in the back. There is also a gas grill and you will have full access to large kitchen. The room is being rented for $675 per month plus your share of utilities. There’s ample street parking, some driveway and garage space, and lots of easy access to tons of bus lines (200 yards away) for an easy and quick commute into DC / NoVA. We keep a clean house, prefer if you are respectful and responsible. Bathroom is tidy and is shared with one other housemate.
The house is near the intersection of Glebe Rd. and Columbia Pike. The address is 3705 9th St. S, Arlington, VA 22204. The room will be available starting March 1st.
