2 Available Rooms for CM in Court House $575/Month + Utilities Starting August 1

We are two Christian roomates looking to fill two rooms in our house in the Court House neighborhood of Arlington. We attend McLean Bible Church and Cherrydale Baptist. Both of us are in our 30s and looking for easy going roomates who enjoy occasionally hanging out as a house. The house is a 5 minute walk from the Court House metro station, so perfect for anyone going into DC for work. The house is furnished except for the availble bedrooms rooms. Amenities included: backyard with firepit, comfortable front porch, washer/dryer, storage space in basement/garage, driveway and on-street parking, and a TV with Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO. Our landlord lives down the street and is super friendly and responsive to any requests.

Rent is $575/month + utilities which are generally less than $100/month.
